    Head of School Secretary Vacancies X2 – Walsall


    2 x Head of School Secretary
    37 hours per week, term time only
    Actual Salary Range: £14,845 – £17,566 (Grade 4 SCP 16-21), dependent on experience

    Both Goldsmith and Rivers Primary Academies, part of Windsor Academy Trust, both
    wish to appoint a professional experienced School Secretary to become a key
    member of their support services.

    You should have proven and up to date IT skills, be able to work on your own
    initiative, be well organised and highly motivated. You will need to demonstrate
    confidentiality at all times and be experienced on a wide range of School
    administrative duties.

    Essential requirements:

     - Significant experience within an administrative role within school environment
     - Experience of using SIMS and other MIS systems to generate, extract and analyse data
     - Effective diary management skills
