We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and well qualified teacher for the following post:
Faculty Director of the Humanities & Social Science
(Specialism in Geography would be an advantage) – TLR 1:2

Cheslyn Hay Academy is a new addition to Windsor Academy Trust and is a popular and over
oversubscribed 11-18 school with 1300 students on role. Situated in South Staffordshire and with easy access to M6, M6 toll and M54 motorways, the school has a strong reputation locally and beyond for enabling its young people to flourish. All the staff are high performing and totally dedicated and committed to achieving the highest levels of student learning and attainment, for all children. Cheslyn Hay has exceptional facilities and excellent opportunities for professional development. We are looking to appoint a Faculty Director of Humanities & Social Science who has the necessary
breadth of experience and expertise to bring about further improvements in our school. We are looking for a well-qualified, motivated and innovative leader who will lead the Humanities & Social Science faculty to further success. This is an exciting post for an excellent practitioner and for the right candidate; this post offers excellent potential for career development.
Key responsibilities will be leading subject teams and Heads of departments in improving teaching and learning and progress and attainment for all groups of students.
