At Windsor Academy Trust, we believe that schools are more than places of learning - they are anchors in their communities. As part of our commitment to civic leadership and driving education for the greater public good, we are proud to launch a new framework, co-created with leaders from school and NHS trusts, the Confederation of School Trusts, NHS Confederation and NHS Employers.
'Co-creating Healthy Futures: Schools and Health Framework' is a practical guide designed to build lasting partnerships between schools and health, improve outcomes for young people, and help create healthier, brighter futures for all.
Our framework is built around five key areas for action:
We will be creating a bank of case studies of schools and health partnerships in action. We will start to feature these case studies on this page to offer inspiration for schools and health colleagues looking to develop their own school/health partnerships. If you have a case study to submit, please send detail to communications@windsoracademytrust.org.uk
