Staff referral scheme

If you work for Windsor Academy Trust and refer an applicant who is successfully appointed you can be rewarded with a £200 Amazon voucher.

A referral must be submitted prior to the candidate applying for the role. The referred candidate will be tracked through the recruitment process and the vouchers will be provided to you upon successful completion of one term (teachers and leaders) or probationary period (ECTs and professional services staff).

All staff (including casual staff) are eligible for the vouchers. Headteachers are eligible for referring another Headteacher but not for referring teachers or support staff.
