A referral must be submitted prior to the candidate applying for the role. The referred candidate will be tracked through the recruitment process and the vouchers will be provided to you upon successful completion of one term (teachers and leaders) or probationary period (NQT’s and professional services staff).
All staff (including casual staff) are eligible for the vouchers. Headteachers are eligible for referring another Headteacher but not for referring teachers or support staff.
