WAT Conference brings together family of schools

Windsor Academy Trust’s annual conference, held on 7th December, brought together staff from across all nine schools and guests from other multi-academy trusts and national organisations.

The theme ‘Going Beyond’ was showcased across the day and began with amazing performances from students of all ages from across the Trust.

The programme included world renowned keynote speakers including Sir David Carter, Professor Steve Peters and Andy Buck.

800 delegates also had the opportunity to choose from inspiring and innovative breakout session speakers including Dr Tom Harrison on Character Education and Daniel Sobel on disadvantaged.

During lunch guests and staff were invited to visit the exhibition, which included a range of our partners such as IRIS, Blue Sky Education and Chartered College of Teaching, as well as WAT Practitioner and Leadership research
