Academy Description

Rivers Primary Academy is a rapidly growing primary which evolved from one to two form entry including a nursery, located in the Blakenall area of Walsall, close to its sister primary school, Goldsmith Primary Academy. Rivers achieved exceptional outcomes in 2017 and was in the top 100 improved schools in 2016. Rivers has a brand new school being built, due to be opened in September 2020 through the priority School Build Programme 2.

While seeking to develop independent learners who are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to enable them to cope with an ever-changing world; they are committed to working in partnership with parents, teachers and the wider community to achieve the very best for their children. Rivers encourage their children to seek excellence and enjoyment in all that they do.
