We are looking for applicants who:

• Are confident and effective classroom practitioners, able to lead whole-class and small-group sessions with impact

• Bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to inspire and engage children in their learning every day

• Are highly organised, self-motivated, and confident using assessment systems and tools to track, monitor, and accelerate pupil progress

• Show initiative and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different learners and situations

• Share our values and moral purpose, placing the wellbeing and success of every child at the heart of their work

• Have experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND or EAL
