Exciting news for aspiring leaders in the world of education! Windsor Academy Trust, in partnership with the Teacher Development Trust, is thrilled to announce that applications for our Autumn 2023 NPQ (National Professional Qualification) cohorts are now open.

These leadership programmes have been reformed for 2021, with three new specialist NPQs targeted at middle leader roles. Whether you're looking to excel in teaching, teacher development, literacy or in shaping behaviour and culture in an educational setting, we have the right course for you.

Moreover, these NPQs are eligible for full funding from the Department for Education - a fantastic opportunity to upskill and embark on a leadership journey at no cost!
